I've spent most of my career doing HR for companies where growth and change were a constant. After a while I noticed the work I enjoyed most, and did best, was with leadership who wanted a partner rather than a policy desk.

Before consulting, I spent three years building the HR function at Magic Eden, supporting the company through rapid growth, international expansion, organizational change and all the people challenges that come with scaling a startup. Earlier in my career, I led HR across multi-state operations and multiple acquisitions and divestitures.
